Quality rehabbing/ restoration: definitely a favorite! I was riding my bike around downtown a couple weeks ago and found this one in progress in Chatham Arch. My heart always sings when I chance upon something like this. And, truth be told, I feel a little jealous, since my house is long overdue for some of the same. I've posted it on facebook before, but the biggest rehab job in town is also about to cause an accident every second of the day, since it is so compelling. It's a show stopper, for sure! Anyone know of some other great rehab work going on elsewhere in our historic venues or neighborhoods?
